Taylor Swift Houston

Megastar Taylor Swift kicked off her Eras Tour in Houston on Friday, April 22, with a sold-out show at NRG Stadium (Houston Chronicle). The three-night run of sold-out shows in Houston saw more than 62,000 Houston Swifties enjoying a three-hour journey through all of Swift’s Eras (CultureMap Houston). Houston City Hall also honored the singer by lighting it up with “Lavender Haze” (ABC13).

Fans braved hours-long lines to get exclusive Taylor Swift The Eras Tour merch in Houston (Chron). However, those who were looking for last-minute tickets to the show were in luck as the ticket prices dropped nearly 50% (New York Post).

Swift’s Eras Tour in Houston had dates on April 21, 22, and 23 at NRG Stadium (KHOU). Before the shows, KHOU had published an article about what fans should know before attending the concerts.

Unfortunately, some fans realized they fell for fake Taylor Swift VIP packages and basic tickets, which were overpriced and not valid (FOX 26 Houston).

Andrea Swift, Taylor’s mother and No. 1 fan, who graduated from the University of Houston, also received a feature published by Click2Houston.

As the three-night run of sold-out Houston shows ended, fans started to wonder what surprises Taylor Swift would have in store for her next shows on the Eras Tour.
