Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman has returned to the Senate after admitting himself to the hospital for clinical depression in February (NPR). The freshman senator is now back to work on Capitol Hill after acknowledging his struggles with mental health (New York Post).

As a result of his struggles with mental health, Fetterman publicly spoke out about how the Pennsylvania Senate race worsened his condition (CNN). But with his depression in remission, Fetterman has made a comeback and even chaired his first subcommittee hearing on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (WGAL).
While known for his advocacy for criminal justice reform, Fetterman has also made headlines for his push to legalize marijuana, even promoting the unofficial holiday of 4/20 (TMZ).
